How do I return an item?

Return Policy

We guarantee all items to be free of defectives. We will gladly replace all defective items within 7 business days of receipt based on delivery date from shipping carriers tracking system provided that all tags are still attached to the purse. We will pay actual return postage via check or paypal to return the item once we receive the defective item. All returned items must have delivery confirmation on package and tracking information provided to us via email at purses@igotyourbag.com. Non-defective items may be returned within 7 business days provided all tags are intact. A 15% restocking fee applies for all non-defective items. Postage will not be paid or refunded for non-defective items. This includes the sending postage and the return postage. All return items must have delivery confirmation for tracking and tracking information provided to us for all returns via email at purses@igotyourbag.com. Refunds will be provided back to you based on the form of payment used or company check in 3 business days once product is received. You must acquire an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us prior to returning your item. This number must be written on the outside on the top of the box in the form of RMA:XXXXXXXXXXXXX. Please email or call us to receive an RMA number.

 

Exchange Policy

If a customer is delivered the wrong item, they may exchange it for the correct one. In this circumstance, please email us within 7 days of having received the package for an exchange return authorization number. All you must do is send the handbag or accessory back in its original state. Write on the outside on the top of the box the return authorization number in the form of RMA:XXXXXXXXXXXXX. Please email or call us to receive an RMA number.

Defects

We will gladly replace all defective items within 7 business days of receipt based on delivery date from shipping carriers tracking system provided that all tags are still attached to the purse. We will pay actual return postage via check or paypal to return the item once we receive the defective item. All returned items must have delivery confirmation on package and tracking information provided to us via email at purses@igotyourbag.com. Upon receiving new shipments of handbags, purses or wallets we always examine our merchandise for damages and defects. Please note that it is also your responsibility to make sure everything is satisfactory. All defects must be reported within 7 days in order to receive your exchange for an exact replacement of that item.

Note on Exchanges ( Shipping Error or Defect)

1- All Handbags, purses or wallets must be shipped back in the original dust bag and/or packaging.

2- Customers "receive date" is based on our shipping carrier's tracking system

3- Used or damaged handbags will under no circumstances be accepted
