Wholesale Approval Process:

Step 1-	Please fax a cover sheet with your contact information and any applicable business or resale license(s) to 877-539-9732.
Any application submissions that we receive without contact information or valid resale. licenses will be ignored.
Step 2 -	Complete the online application below.
Step 3 -	After you have submitted your online application and faxed us your business license, a company representative will contact you within 2-3 business days to verify and authorize your status as a wholesale buyer.
